Customer Service Director
National energy service company seeks hands-on customer service director to effectively manage a team of 8-10 customer service representatives.
Specific Responsibilities:
· Interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees in superior customer service
· Planning, delegating, scheduling and directing work
· Reviewing performance and providing constructive feedback
· Addressing complaints and resolving personnel issues
· Responsibility for escalated customer service interaction
· Oversee compliance related customer mailings and telesales QA monitoring
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree preferred
· Minimum 3 years in a Customer Service management function with direct report supervisory responsibility for a staff of 10+
· Must possess excellent communication skills
· Advanced computer skills to include Excel and MS Word
· Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
· Must be team oriented, dependable and a strong leader
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30 pm
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, Benefits available after 90 days.
