The Navy Exchange System, a $2 billion multi-divisional retailer operating retail department stores and services complexes on Navy Bases worldwide, seeks highly experienced Customer Service/Front End Supervisor for its Naval Station Norfolk location.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Customer Service (layaways, refunds, etc) and Front End register functions with up to 60 associates. Applicants should possess a strong backgound in retail operational management with a minimum of 4+ years experience in managing customer service/front end operations. Excellent customer service/resolution skills, team building, and supervisory skills a must.
