Job Description:

Salary $10+/hr + Bonus Incentive Plan

Location: NW OKC(Rockwell)

Inbound Call Center/Dialer Customer Service position is a Direct Hire position offering immediate benefits. This position is responsible for providing mortgage industry call center customer service. As a customer service representative, an individual will have an opportunity to learn about all aspects of mortgage servicing. Bilingual candidates are encourages to apply and will receive additional compensation for Spanish -speaking skills.
Enthusiastic individuals who are good listeners, detail oriented and interested in providing customer service are most successful in this position. The successful candidates will have a work history that includes 1-3 years previous call center experience with stable work history. Must type 40 wpm and intermediate PC Skills with MS Office/windows.

***There will be monthly bonuses attached based on performance; which includes productivity, quality of phone calls, and attendance.
