Full-service insurance agency located in Williamsville NY, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative / Account Manager to join our growing team.

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Commercial Lines CSR/ AM. Excellent business, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary. The ideal candidate would possess a New York State Property & Casualty Insurance license.

The person filling this full-time position will be responsible for the servicing of commercial lines accounts. Their work needs to be timely, accurate and thorough. They will handle the processing of new policies, endorsements, and renewal policies as well as the issuance of Certificates of Insurance and Binders. They may help to generate qualified leads for new business, but will not be required to sell. They will work closely with Producers and will compile presentations for delivery to insureds.
