About the Job
Growing Northeast Manufacturing Company is seeking to hire a Customer Service Manager. This management position plans, directs and coordinates the customer service and planning for the organization. Meets objectives and guides others to achieve desired results. Excellent communications skills, is able to influence all levels, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities include:
· Achieves Sales financial goals.
· Manage customer service and planning team members and budget.
· Drive on-time delivery performance
· Manage customer programs while improving service levels and driving cost reduction
· Prepare demand forecast and drive reduction in error.
· Manage customer planning activities for key customers.
· Develop and implement standard planning business processes.
· Support corporate planning processes
Job Requirements: 8 to 10 years of functional experience, 5 years of managerial experience, prefer sales experience, knowledge of planning tools, and background in Flexographic printing/packaging
