Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team. This individual must be a self-starter with extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will need to possess the ability to train, motivate, and coach their staff. In addition, this position requires hands-on leadership which includes performing the customer service and dispatch roles when needed. Call center experience preferred but not required. Other requirements for this position include a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, strong delegation skills, ability to multi-task, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
