We are a debt management company seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager. Debt Management is an aggressive approach to debt reduction and is the alternative to filing for bankruptcy. Our debt management agency negotiates with creditors to settle client’s debts for a lower amount than owed.
The Customer Service Manager oversees the daily operations of the Call Center and provides effective leadership through mentoring and motivating. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas and the ability to find new and innovative ways to drive revenue, while motivating our teams!!!
The Customer Service Manager will focus on maximizing the performance of employees and ensure all calls are handled according to company policy using call monitoring. Will enforce attendance and punctuality as well as assign daily work-flow and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain staffing to ensure call volume is handled correctly. In this productive work environment, you will assist in recruiting and training. Interview new Customer Service Representatives and act as liaison between the Customer Service Representatives and senior management to assure that information, ideas and objectives are communicated in a clear, concise and timely manner. Work on new policies/processes to enhance business operations.
Skills/ Requirements
1 - 2 yrs Customer Service Management experience in a call
center environment Debt settlement, negotiation, credit industry background preferred! Candidates must provide proof of previous success in leading, motivating and excelling a team of customer service professionals! Must have strong client satisfaction skills and exhibit great motivation and leadership abilities. We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical manager to work independently and adjust to changing priorities. Excellent verbal and written skills are needed, as is the ability to work in an MS Office environment with particular attention to spreadsheets and other software packages.
