Zookbinders manufactures high end wedding albums and is in the “playoffs” in terms of performance, and seeks a strong Customer Service Manager to help us win the championship! Goals are to:
· Sustain highly responsive, top quality service for current customers
· Seize opportunities to achieve even greater sales and capture new customers
This is not a Call Center Job
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Planning, budgeting, measuring and reporting activities and sales, developing process and procedure.
· Hiring, developing, training, motivating and managing staff.
· Ensuring staff competencies in the areas of account planning, cultivating existing customers, capturing new customers, and sales fundamentals.
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Masters Degree and a minimum of ten years in Customer Service/Inside Sales experience in a small to large manufacturing company, five of which will have been in a management capacity, or the equivalent. Excellent communication skills, solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and prior use of some type of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software are required.
