CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
We're a major tri-state leading transportation company seeking an experienced individual able to confidently oversee our multi-location call center facilities. The ideal candidate knows how to devise and implement systems to maximize efficiencies and company profits. The applicant for this position should:
- minimally have a GED or high school diploma with two-years of experience in the customer service, and/or transit industry.
- A two-year associate’s degree in a business management related discipline is preferred.
- must possess good interpersonal, and or writing skills
- ability to deal effectively with public.
- must have the ability to operate office equipment such as computer, scanner, fax, etc.
- working knowledge of scheduling software, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, and Automated Call Distribution (ACD) system.
- must be able to work a flexible schedule and be on call.
- your primary focus will be to ensure that customer service reps are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and that they meet all job related specifications.
