Uline seeks a Customer Service Manager at its Tijuana Branch in Tijuana, Mexico.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Uline’s Tijuana Customer Service Department.
  • "Hands–on" involvement in all aspects of Customer Service (phone calls, helpline and training).
  • Schedule, motivate and lead a team of 10 customer service personnel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in setting and monitoring performance standards.
  • Review daily and weekly reports to make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiencies.
  • Audit department staff and processes.
  • Provide daily phone support by taking calls.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5 years prior Customer Service Management experience (in a call center environment preferred).
  • Prior Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be an active participant in a “hands-on” work environment.
  • Travel to the United States for training at Uline's California facility a must.
