Uline seeks a Customer Service Manager at its Tijuana Branch in Tijuana, Mexico.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations of Uline’s Tijuana Customer Service Department.
- "Hands–on" involvement in all aspects of Customer Service (phone calls, helpline and training).
- Schedule, motivate and lead a team of 10 customer service personnel in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in setting and monitoring performance standards.
- Review daily and weekly reports to make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiencies.
- Audit department staff and processes.
- Provide daily phone support by taking calls.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years prior Customer Service Management experience (in a call center environment preferred).
- Prior Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Must be an active participant in a “hands-on” work environment.
- Travel to the United States for training at Uline's California facility a must.
