As a Customer Service Manager located in Vancouver, WA, your mission will be to drive strategy, development and implementation of all programs related to customer service. You will ensure that customer service metrics are established, tracked, and met with the utmost customer satisfaction. Supporting and ensuring accurate and on-time order fulfillment are second nature to you, and experience dealing with international customers, specifically Latin America and Asia Pacific, will enable you to hit the ground running. Since you will be working in a highly regulated environment, your experience dealing with ISO, SOX, and Export compliance will provide you with the necessary background to understand how to maintain and improve upon existing compliance issues. SAP or related Business Operating System experience is required. Your polished communication skills will allow you to fulfill the role of a liaison between internal departments and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed support activities.
