A leading industrial supply company seeks a Customer Service Manager for their Twin Cities call center!
Responsibilities:
* Manage a modern 40+ seat call center.
* Supervise and coach our team while developing leadership skills of our supervisors.
* Enforce company policies and goals and take appropriate action when needed.
Requirements:
* Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree.
* Must have 3 to 5 years prior customer service supervisory experience,
* We need someone willing to work in a "hands-on" environment and be able to multi-task.
* You must have excellent communication skills and be able to type 30+ words a minute.
