Spark Networks is a leading provider of online personals services. We are looking for experienced, professional and highly motivated Customer Care Representatives to serve as the main point of contact between the Company and its customers and to help us maintain our superior level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to facilitate an enjoyable and successful experience on our web sites.
- Respond to a high volume of inbound calls.
- Candidates will also need to be able to meet basic sales and retention requirements by communicating the value of our service, and motivating user registrations and membership purchase.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of experience in a fast-paced call center environment. Additional sales experience not required but considered a plus.
- Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, ranging from 6 a.m. to midnight, including weekends.
- Applicants must have proficiency with MS Office based programs, ability to type at least 40 WPM and the ability to communuicate with customers in a clear and articulate manner.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field a plus.
