Customer Service Ramp Agent
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure customers receive safe, high quality, friendly and efficient customer service.
· Will work primarily in a ramp service capacity.
MAIN DUTIES:
· Load/unload arriving and departing Company aircraft Transfer cargo, mail and baggage as needed.
· Ensure clean and presentable station facilities Maintain proper FAA required security measures and controls
· Marshall and park arriving and departing aircraft
· Provide ground power connections.
· Perform lavatory, water, commissary and other cabin service and cleaning as needed.
· Maintain proper document controls on Company issued manuals
· Ensure effective communication between airline and customers.
· Interface with service vendors on flight by flight basis, ensuring proper service
· Ensure safe environment for passengers and employees
· Ensure baggage and cargo loaded on proper aircraft with correct paperwork Perform other duties as assigned
