Located in Chicago and reporting to the VP of Operations, this person will be a big picture person, one who is able to monitor quality and deliver services which will attract and retain customers.   Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers; enhancing platform performance by partnering with counterparts to implement best practices; improve services provided to customers.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review job specifications and prepare job ticket
  • Follow-up on open jobs using system reports as tools to monitor scheduled production.
  • Constant communication with internal manufacturing regarding project requirements, modifications and schedule.
  • Constant communication with customers regarding project status
  • Perform preliminary general customer file preflight for PDF documents.
  • Obtain proof approval
  • Process alterations
  • Purchase materials and outside services
  • Review and approve invoices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience and training.
  • Must possess proven project management abilities, excellent written and oral communication, strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Must experience with Digital and Offset printing a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software to include email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Desire, strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
