Balmar, Inc. a leading provider of Graphic Communications services in the Washington, DC metro area is seeking a highly responsive and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Falls Church, Virginia team.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Liaison between customer, sales reps and production staff
  • Expedite and track job order requests daily for on-time delivery
  • Collect job specifications to write up job orders / job jackets
  • Represents customers' interests / concerns and responds accordingly
  • Maintains customer and department resource files
  • Assists with special projects as assigned by department supervisor

Education and experience requirements:

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:

A high school diploma or equivalent in education and experience.
A minimum of 2 years experience in the customer service department of a printing company. Must have experience in printing or a related industry (such as: publishing or direct mail). Position requires a positive and courteous attitude, computer proficiency, clear speaking voice and effective communication skills (oral and written).
