SunSource’s Hydraulic and Repair Service Centers offers our mobile and industrial customers a nationwide service and repair network that delivers cost-effective and timely remanufactured hydraulic components and equipment upgrade solutions.

As a member of the customer service team, you will use your problem solving skills to provide the highest degree of technical support to our customers and Account Managers.  Customer service excellence includes accurate and professional processing of requests for price and delivery information, returns, order status, order expedites, product literature, and technical assistance.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably in the fluid power industry, and must be well organized and able to coordinate with functional groups to achieve results. Candidate must have strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
