Job Description
Healthcare organization located in the San Fernando Valley is in need of a Medical Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering and directing Incoming District/Regional Calls, Call Center Experience, Complete Fax Orders, Determine Urgency of Caller's Request, Excellent Follow-Through Skills, Follow Call Escalation Procedures, Professional Telephone Etiquette Skills, Receive and Process Customer Requests, Respond to Customer Inquiries, Key Customer Information into Computer, Typing/Data Entry. This is a long term temporary assignment that will pay up to 10.80/hr depending on experience. |
