Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Pay Rate: $14-$17.00
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Assist customer with processing Liberty Sport orders
Communicate to customer Liberty’s commitment to excellent customer service
Advise/assist with maximizing their buying opportunities with Liberty Sport programs
Up sell the Rx program and Liberty Sport programs
Pick-up overflows of calls from Territory Outbound reps
Be knowledgeable of all current sales programs for sales force and internal
Returns Inquiries & Issues
Assist customers with inquiries/issues/questions regarding Returns
Handle all Return elevated issues regarding length of processing or credit amount
Manage/work with Return Mgr. Regarding RA authorization numbers
Promote Rx Business (New & Old)
Daily / Weekly / Monthly metrics to promote/market Liberty Sport lab services
Navigate thru remo to track/advise customer of Rx status
Up sell Rx’s where applicable based on metrics
Authority Level/Allowances:
Approve processing a return for an irate / dissatisfied customer
Credit postage (where applicable)
Send a free frame (as an apology/where applicable)
Skills:
Must have excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
5 years experience in Call Center and Customer Service
