POSITION TITLE: Approval Specialist/Customer Service Manager 

POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 16/1

HOURS: M-F / 9-6

JOB DESCRIPTION

With a proven track record and years of positive results, we’ve developed both processes and technologies which will guarantee your success. As an integral part of our inbound sales team, the Approval Specialist is responsible for MAKING THE SALE!



RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Manage a team of 16 Approval Specialists 

 

. Actively participate in multi-day training session

. Effectively manage up to 40 INBOUND calls per day

. Listen to our customers and identify sales opportunities

. Systematically work through all customer objections

. Confidently obtain sensitive customer information

. Enter new sales and track results via our proprietary software application

. Identify and report trends to Management

. Share best practices with other Approval Specialists and Management



THE INDIVIDUAL

The qualified candidate must enjoy the challenges and rewards of being a salesperson, as well as have a track record of sales success.  This is a team environment and there must be a desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.



The preferred candidate must be professional in phone presentation, attitude and appearance as well as demonstrate creative problem solving skills with attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent prioritization skills and a commitment to meeting Corporate deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. In addition, the candidate must be a team player.
