Position Description
Clearly and accurately assist customers by taking inbound calls. Researches, resolves, and documents issues. Prepares professional and accurate written correspondence as needed. Computes payoffs, extension fees, rewrites, quotes, etc. quickly and accurately.
This is a part time position, averaging no more than 23 hours per week. There are no benefits associated with this position. The Customer Service Department is open from 7a - 7p; Mon - Friday and 8a-12noon on Saturday. Positions will require some evening, saturday and holiday hours.
Qualifications
1. Assertive, clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Competency with PC and 10 key typing skills. Ability to talk and type at the same time.
5. Ability to function productively in a high-volume environment.
6. Prior customer-service experience is preferred; particularly in a high-volumen environment.
7. Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
8. Ability and desire to "Wow" each and every customer.
