Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly capable and motivated customer service representative who has worked in a manufacturing environment, has strong communication skills, is very organized, and has excellent follow through skills and initiative.
The Customer Service Representative will be the main interface between ViaSat’s customers and the depot support team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: customer interface, providing repair and upgrade status, preparation of shipping documents, preparation and submission of Government documentation, development of repair documentation, data validation and entry, RMA processing and special projects as needed.
Experience/Skills Required
- AA/AS degree
- 1 – 2 years in customer service related position or planning required
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with an ERP system, Oracle preferred
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes
