Essential Functions:

To provide superior service to all customers through telephone contact insuring the Company meets and exceeds the demands of the customer. This position will strive to complete the service cycle from inquiry to resolution while making a positive and lasting impression on the customer.

* Satisfies the needs of customer requests, ensuring policyholders, agents, providers, and vendors receive accurate and timely assistance in regards to all aspects of company operations.
* Handles bi-lingual (Spanish) customer requests.
* Promotes excellent public relations with all customers and assists with the conservation of business.
* Research detailed situations to assure responses given to customers are complete and accurate.
* Prepare the proper documentation to be placed in Company records in relation to inquiry and resolution of calls.

Qualifications:
Required skills, characteristics, experience, education and pre-employment testing requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent with emphasis on business related courses
* Fluent in Spanish language
* 2-3 years in a customer service related area required; inbound call center experience preferred.
* General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* 1 year insurance experience preferred.
* This position is located in an office clerical environment
* Punctual and regular attendance is a requirement of the position

* COMMUNICATION: Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information; talk with customers or clients; listen well.
* CUSTOMER FOCUS: Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery; do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with service failures and prioritize customer needs.
* DECISION MAKING AND PROBLEM SOLVING: Able to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to use reason, even dealing with emotional topics; review facts and weigh options.
* INTEGRITY: Able to be tactful, maintain confidences, and foster an ethical work environment; prevent inappropriate behavior by coworkers; give proper credit to others; handle all situations honestly.
* POLICIES, PROCESS, AND PROCEDURES: Able to act in accordance with established guidelines; follow standard procedures in crisis situations; communicate and enforce organizational polices and procedures; recognize and constructively conform to unwritten rules or practices.
* QUALITY: Able to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines; establish high standards and measures; do work right the first time and inspect material for flaws; test new methods thoroughly; reinforce excellence as a fundamental priority.
