Customer Service Representative- Admin Assistant
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Arrange conference calls and distribute notes of meeting to appropriate parties. Coordinates Outlook Calendar for Director by scheduling meetings and distributing requests to appropriate participants.Create expense reports and travel itineraries for LCS Director. Create Power Points and other presentation material as directed. Conduct monthly updates on Operation’s presentations. Generate quarterly and yearly reports for LCS Director. Create brochures and other minor marketing/promotional materials. Schedules quarterly (in-house or external) Sales Meetings and prepares agenda’s and itineraries, reserves and prepares facilities, (food, presentations, off-site dinners and activities, etc.)
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. Assist in set up, planning and execution of trade show. (LCS Hospitality Event, bi-yearly for Pack Expo Trade Show in Chicago IL). Orders and maintains office supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance. Composes and types routine correspondence. Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials. Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records. Answers phone and re-routes call to appropriate parties. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to appropriate area or person. Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
High school diploma and three plus years related experience and/or training. Previous experience with graphic arts and/or marketing material development a plus. Must be able to work with sensitive information and/or communications and maintain complete confidentiality. Must be well organized and be able to re-prioritize workload based on changing demands. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

SAP system experience a plus
