Schedule Details/Location
Multiple PT positions are available for the Call Center located at One Sovereign Place in East Providence, RI
Classes are scheduled to begin on December 7, 2009
6-weeks paid training required.
Work Schedules Hours Available:
5 - day work week, 4-8 pm must include a Saturday with one weekday off
Job Duties
Provide consistent quality customer service to internal and external customers that meets or exceeds Sovereign's standards.
Respond to customer inquiries on account status; researching problems and concerns.
Refer customers to other departments when necessary.
Keep informed of changes in bank services and procedures.
Handle calls on bank mailings (i.e. statements, mortgage notices, escrow notices, etc.).
Other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
Basic aptitude for math, accuracy in typing, sound verbal and written communications necessary.
Demonstrated problem solving skills. Working knowledge of different types of bank accounts preferred.
PC experience necessary.
Bi-lingual a definite plus (Spanish or Portuguese)
Must be willing to work one weekend day each week.
