Customer Service Representative-Call Center

About the Job

Customer Service Representative for Call Center Supporting On Line Medical Equipment Provider.  Call Center Experience a Plus

 

Position Summary

           
Verbal and email communications to
support and service our toll free callers in all facets and functions
relating to our website and its products and services for equipment used in the treatment of Sleep Apnea, before, during
and after an order has been placed.

Training is provided.
           
General Duties:
* Phone support

* Daily duty related to order processing

* Rotating shifts to cover our phone support hours
* Some shifts are worked from home (computer and high speed internet required)

* No cold calling

           
Tasks:     
* Field customer calls to place and address orders, assisting with equipment questions
* Process online orders, contacting customers as needed to complete transactions
* Respond to customer via email
* Upload and download files via email, and fax server
* Assist walk-in customers in our store
* Reference our website products and FAQ to assist customers in finding solutions to product and clinical questions
* "Make it work" by troubleshooting clinical and technical customer questions before and after the sale
           
Please Note: 
* Previous knowledge of CPAP Equipment or Sleep Apnea is helpful but NOT required
* This
position requires an openness to learning new information in a short
period of time                                  * Product advancements and equipment changes require
on-going learning
* Training is provided

* Clear and pleasant speaking voice

* Knowledge of web based tools (Email, Forms, Shopping Websites)

Our Training Process:           
All Customer Service Representatives will spend time becoming familiar with the products we represent. This includes instruction and testing sessions to ensure adequate product knowledge and understanding processes.   

The training period will
include working in our air conditioned warehouse providing exposure to the product and shipping processes.  There is some lifting and you must be
physically and mentally able to work effectively and safely.
