Job Description:
- Receive inbound and make outbound calls
- Provide support to vendors and customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
- Perform data entry associated with the position.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience working in a call center
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be clear and articulate on the phone
- Ability to multi-task
- Must have reliable transportation
- Some positions may require pre-employment screening
