Customer Service Representative- English/ Spanish needed

Seeking energetic individual for a first shift position.  Qualified candidates will have excellent

communication skillls, be able to multitask, work independently as well as in a team environment.

Duties include:

*Answering incoming telephone calls

*Explain service information and answer question related to services

*Prioritizing and organizing daily follow-ups to ensure timely action

*Evaluating customer concerns and resolving problems

Preferred candidates will have relevant experience, including 3-5 years experience in a customer

service position, Ability to translate speech by listening to speaker; excellent computer skills,

(Microsoft, excel, outlook)
