Position Purpose:

As a Customer Service Rep in our animal feed plant, you will:

o Have receptionist responsibilities, including answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, taking messages for plant staff when not available.
o Customer service responsiblities include taking customer orders, entering data into our E1 system.
o Responsible for inbound receiving, weighing trucks in and out, entering data into our E1 system.
o Handling outbound logistics as customer trucks pick-up orders.

 

Required (Basic) Education/Experience:

o High school diploma or GED equivalent.
o 3+ years experience in a detailed office setting.

 

Required Competencies and Other Skills:

o Computer literacy.
o High level of accuracy.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Problem solving skills a must.

 

Preferred Competencies and Other Skills:

Proficiency in various computer applications (i.e. word, excel, etc.).
