Wurth is looking for a top-notch Customer Service Representative at the Tulsa, Oklahoma location.  The person in this position will have high potential for advancement, based on performance. 

Responsibilities will include the following:



  • Processing customer orders
  • Adjusting pricing according to margin goals
  • Expediting open orders
  • Supplying product information to customers and potential customers
  • Promoting sales
  • Researching and settling past due accounts
  • Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
  • Coordinating the resolution of customer complaints
  • Complying with ISO procedures to maintain continuous improvement 

 


Minimum requirements for this position include the following: 



  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Excellent problem-solving and follow-through
  • Basic math skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel software, and an ability to learn additional software
  • Some related experience preferred
