Wurth is looking for a top-notch Customer Service Representative at the Tulsa, Oklahoma location. The person in this position will have high potential for advancement, based on performance.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Processing customer orders
- Adjusting pricing according to margin goals
- Expediting open orders
- Supplying product information to customers and potential customers
- Promoting sales
- Researching and settling past due accounts
- Maintaining and strengthening customer relationships
- Coordinating the resolution of customer complaints
- Complying with ISO procedures to maintain continuous improvement
Minimum requirements for this position include the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Professional attitude and demeanor
- Excellent problem-solving and follow-through
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel software, and an ability to learn additional software
- Some related experience preferred
