International Freight Forwarder is seeking a qualified Ocean Export/Import operational staff.

Qualified candidate must have experience/knowledge in Ocean Export/Import procedure.  Bilingual in Japanese and English is big plus.

Business Hour: 9:00am – 6:00pm / M-F

Job descriptions:

·         Responsible to handle assigned accounts shipments from A-Z.

·         Contact vendors to arrange pick-ups and bookings

·         Generate import/export documentations

·         Provide quality customer service

·         Communicate with Japanese head-office regarding to all aspect of ocean shipment activities. 

Requirements:

·         Must have ocean export or import experience in freight forwarding industry

·         Bilingual in Japanese and English is a big plus

·         Detail oriented and be able to analyze numbers and create reports to Japanese head-office

·         Sales oriented with excellent customer service skills

·         Visit clients when it is required
