Service Writer or Coordinator

Job Summary:  The Service Coordinator position is responsible for the daily communication with internal and external customers to accurately execute scheduling for repair and maintenance work.

 

Responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinate and communicate work schedules, job status and results with customers and service technicians.
  2. Maintain schedule planning for repair, maintenance, new delivery and warranty work.
  3. Open, update and close work orders in a timely manner.
  4. Track and Order parts for all work orders.
  5. Assist with service repair estimates and quotes.
  6. Track and schedule product updates.
  7. Maintain customer records.

 

Skills:

1.      Strong organizational skills.

2.      Good communications & computer skills.


Education/Experience:

  1. High school diploma.
  2. Good working knowledge of construction equipment operations and mechanical functions.
