Inside Sales Representatives work with Havells’ customers to provide sales, service and support.
You will sell from the lamp/ballast/fixture product catalogs. Come join our team and we will teach you the industry. You will receive valuable technical sales experience and training.
- deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- respond promptly to customer inquires
- handle and resolve customer complaints
- assist your customers with their purchase of electronic components
- provide sale support and customer service
- build relationship with existing customers and create new ones
- set up new customer accounts
- process orders, forms, applications and requests
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- manage customers' accounts
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- record details of actions taken
- maintain customer databases
- communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- follow up on customer interactions
- provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- College experience
Required Qualifications:
- Good problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective time management abilities
- Experience using MS Office
- 1-2 years Sales experience
