Applicant must be capable of keeping up with a dynamic work environment and pay exceptional attention to detail. As part of the Customer Service team you will be required to learn and use our educational system. Team work is a must! After beginning certification training on-site with us, you will provide customer support to our customers from your home-based office.
Requirements: Modern computer (Windows XP or higher) with high-speed internet connection, two monitors and VOIP Head Set. Fax machine a plus, but not required.
This is a full time position at 10.00 an hour to start. One Saturday every month required. Some situations may require you to work extra hours beyond your normal schedule.
