The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative is a detail oriented, resourceful and dedicated individual that has exceptional customer service experience with excellent communication, both written and verbal.  This person will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service, account management to customers through daily follow up.

Qualifications:

• Candidates  should  have 1+ years of call center experience


• Must have strong computer skills word, excel typing, internet etc.


• Must be comfortable over the phone and building rapport through phone conversations


• Must be a team player, be very accountable and self motivated
