Lantheus Medical Imaging (LMI) is a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners with approximately 600MM in global revenue. LMI develops, manufactures, distributes, markets and sells nuclear and ultrasound imaging agents world wide. Principal products include Cardiolite, a cardiac perfusion imaging agent, Definity, an ultrasound contrast agent, and TechneLite Generators, which are utilized in connection with Cardiolite and other technetium based imaging agents. The company is headquartered in Billerica, MA, with other significant locations in Puerto Rico, Canada and Australia. In addition, the company distributes products through 3rd party distribution agreements and company owned radio pharmacies (principally located outside of the US).

In this position, the ideal candidate will manage over 200 customer accounts in an assigned region. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring customers product needs are met by providing timely and accurate information with follow through to customers, sales reps and other service groups. This is a unique opportunity to work within the Medical Imaging industry and build relationships with customers, sales representatives and peers.

Requirements include a Business degree with prior customer service experience. Demonstrated careful judgment, problem solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure to complete tasks regardless of adverse circumstances are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient written and verbal skills in order to effectively communicate with customers is essential.
