



Principal Accountabilities:
This position provides support to our sales and marketing efforts by providing prompt, courteous, and competent inside sales and service to Flow Solution Division customers. The position serves as the primary contact for customers and is responsible for providing quotations, order entry, and technical assistance.
Performance Standards:
Understand and meet all Flowserve procedures and policy guidelines.
Provide support to field sales in pricing, quoting, order tracking/ expediting, and coordination of information between Application Engineers and CAD as well as Sales Engineers and Manufacturing. Also provide coordination between factories and the RMD.
Administer Flowserve corporate policy and pricing/discount procedures.
Qualifications:
Post secondary degree or certification in Engineering discipline.
Flow Solutions Division (seals) product knowledge preferred.
Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Able to establish and maintain professional rapport with customers and co-workers.
Must be detail oriented, have good problem-solving skills and be able to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Keen business skills for the identification of sales problems/opportunities and implementing process improvements geared toward increasing bookings and customer service.
Proven ability to handle stressful situations successfully.
Process all quotes, orders and correspondence in a timely manner and provide support to FSD distributors and end users as required.
