Today SEPA LABS includes 24 specialty pathologists, more than 270 dedicated professionals, operates 14 patient service centers, and provides medical directorship for 19 hospitals throughout Georgia and northern Florida. SEPA’s current network includes services provided in north Florida; central, middle, and coastal Georgia, and coastal and central South Carolina.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The perfect candidate will possess the skills to improve communications between SEPA and its internal and external customers/clients. The Customer Service Representative will receive, investigate, document, track, and report customer inquires and complaints.
Take client calls and communicate findings
Maintain a detailed log of customer complaints or inquiries with a description of findings.
Track accessions requiring diagnosis beyond 5 days
Aid in the recognition and search for misplaced specimens.
Acts as the point of contact for all hospital clients.
Receive requests for corrected reports. Correct reports.
Act as liaison with the account managers in order to improve customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison with the Send out Dept to ensure that clients are receiving reference lab reports in a timely fashion.
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
