Currently, we are seeking a quality Central Station Operator with security industry experience to work in our Burnsville, MN office.  We have an opening for a full-time position working on 2nd shift and will include weekends.  Our Central Station Operators provide excellent customer service, treating each customer with respect and integrity. Position Description:
• Monitor and dispatch incoming alarm signals
• Update alarms after dispatch
• Modify accounts as requested
• Answer incoming calls from customers, Trans-Alarm technicians and 3rd party technicians
• Various other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Excellent Phone, Computer and Customer Service skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to deal with urgent matters in a calm professional manner maintaining service excellence
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
• High degree of accuracy on account changes/comments

• 40 wpm keyboarding skills
• Meet all UL requirements to a passing level
• Clear communications with customers, team members, and field technicians

• Ability to work weekends, holiday and oncall shifts as needed
• Produce documents in an accurate and timely manner
