We’re Looking For *18 years or older *1 year of college or related technical training *1 year customer service related experience *Administrative and clerical skills, including PC experience *Clear and pleasant voice, good enunciation and concise telephone manner *Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a wide variety of customers and Company personnel
