We offer telephone support for a global financial institution. We are looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who want to grow with us.
We offer SIX WEEKS OF PAID TRAINING!
The duties of the Customer Service Representative include:
• Answer inbound calls from customers of a global financial institution
• Respond to customer inquiries with high quality customer service
• Identify and resolve errors ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize various company and client software packages
• Job duties are varied offering an outstanding opportunity to learn the inner workings of a financial institution
• High School diploma or GED
• Experience in a customer contact position is required
• Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) with strong communication skills
• Be proficient on the computer. (Windows environment and online resource tools)
• Be available to work a flexible schedule.
• Pass our criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous call center experienceis a plus
