· Safelite AutoGlass is searching for a candidate who has communication skills to interact with stores when contacted for pricing. Our perfect candidate has the ability to communicate well with our clients and collect important tax information.
· All candidates will get to utilize their problem solving skills through working with incorrect orders, and come up with a solution that suits the client’s and the company’s needs. Thus, a detail oriented candidate would excel in this position.
Job Requirements:
· All applicants must have exceptional communication skills, and have experience within a high call volume facility.
· Previous customer service experience is preferred; however, it is not required.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office is a must!
· Safelite’s Customer Service Representatives must have previous experience working with the public and have the capacity to provide exceptional and world class customer service.
· A high school diploma or general education diploma must be supplied upon hire.
· All applicants must have the ability to work on the weekends.
