Service Representative – Job Description
- Loading and maintaining client details and plan information into client database.
- Bids and proposal preparation for Account Manager block of business.
- Strategic planning with Account Manager on benefit designs and recommendations.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting for the client including billing and claim resolution.
- Organization of client files, both electronic and hard copy, updating information as needed.
- Maintain client and vendor relationships with key decision makers.
- Assist with employee education meetings during both open enrollment & during the year.
- Facilitate carrier/benefit changes for block of business.
- Update and maintain Value Added Services.
- Project management as it pertains to company goals and vision – as deemed appropriate by management.
- Work with Account Manager identifying opportunities for sales goal.
