Customer Service Representative
About the Job
Answer phone calls from patrons, transit operators, distributors and MTC. Process all fax, email and US mail communications. Take orders over phone for card add-value, devices and balance requests. Provide general technical and financial solutions. Serve as backup for the fulfillment center. Enter all forms of cardholder, patron, transit operator and third party distributor contacts in pivotal or metrix and ensure all pivotal/metrix procedures are being adhered to.
