Global Cosmetic Firm with manufacturing facilities in Rockland County, and Sales Offices in New York City is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work as part of the Operational Marketing Team.  The incumbent must be a strong Team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction and a commitment to company values and goals. 

In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:

• Collecting and distributing project information.
• Providing complete and accurate product information.
• Performing customer assessment needs analysis and maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handling assigned accounts.
• Working with Quality Assurance, Production and Planning departments in determining and meeting product specifications and timeframe.
• Sending samples of products to customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

Incumbent must be fluent in Portuguese. Should have have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Computer skills required.
