                    CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Will perform a variety of customer service duties by interacting, servicing and consulting with customers via telephone or face to face in a high volume customer service environment. Will investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Must have strong customer service orientation skills and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication, computer & 10-Key skills are required.
