Customer Service Representative
Bazooka Candy Brands, the Confectionery division of The Topps Company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in its Duryea, PA office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a customer service setting and is a team player that possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
End to end processing of confectionery orders which includes the following tasks:
Respond to all order inquiries from brokers, sales representatives and other departments.
Communicate all order exceptions (i.e. late orders, product shortages) to respective parties.
Coordinate and complete various tasks relative to in-bound and out-bound distribution needs.
Complete various distribution related tasks to support the Sports and Entertainment division.
Work closely with functional groups such as credit, purchasing, QA, and inventory control to meet needs of customers.
Continually identify areas in need of improvement to increase overall departmental efficiency.
Skills and Abilities
Strong computer skills – MS Excel, Word skills are essential
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Innovative approach to business challenges
Education & Qualifications
3+ years experience in Customer Service
Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
Supply chain and business to business experience a plus
