Krapf’s Coaches, Inc. has the following full-time openings, Monday through Friday, in its Rover Community Transportation (Paratransit) division based in Exton, PA:


 


Customer Service Representative


Serve as client registration liaison for service agencies and process registrations; answer phones, route calls, take messages & handle service registrations, reservations & information for ROVER Community Transportation as needed;  address customer service delivery issues in a timely manner; complete driver manifest verifications as needed; assist with clerical functions & special projects; accept telephone & written complaints from customers, insurance providers, senior center staff, MH/MT staff & general public; complete in formation on regarding complaints or accidents/incidents & forward report to Operations Manager and/or Safety Coordinator for follow-up


 


Administrative Assistant


Provide general clerical and phone answering support ROVER Community Transportation; assist scheduling and dispatch functions as needed; serve as client registration liaison for service agencies and process registrations; process and submit driver payroll; calculate driver time, mileage and service usage; reconcile & review driver manifests with trip transaction files; assist with schedule updates for senior runs, group trips and other program activities; address customer service issues as needed; track driver attendance and vacation requests


 


In addition to the above responsibilities, candidates must possess the following:

·         Ability to handle and maintain confidential information


·         Demonstrated attention to detail


·         Intermediate computer skills


·         Ability to troubleshoot & problem solve


·         Ability to work a flexible schedule
