Overview:

Growing financial retail company in Northern Virginia is searching for full-time customer service representatives in the Alexandria, Tyson's Corner and Woodbridge areas.  Financial experience not necessary but good people skills are a must and Collections experience is a plus.  Responsibilities include originating new loans and collecting on existing accounts.  We provide a positive work environment with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.  We pay a significant portion of your healthcare (family coverage is additional).

Duties:

* Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions on the phone and in store; provide suggestions regarding best use of our products and services.

* Open and create new accounts by recording account information and maintain customer records by adjusting and updating account information and activities.

* Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer's questions and concerns; determine the cause and affect; select and explain the best solution to solve issues; expedite solution; follow-up to ensure resolution.

* Recommend potential products or services to management from collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

* Contribute to team effort and goals by accomplishing related objectives as needed.
