Our Customer Service Representative holds responsibility for the maintenance of customer relationships. The Customer Service Representative manages customer orders, coordinates pricing between sales and operations, manages lead times and supports customer inventory management. Also, the Representative will ensure all accounts have complete and updated paperwork, manage complaint resolutions and customer inquiries.
Hours
11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Must have reliable transportation and be able to visit multiple locations in the Boston Metro-West area
Education
High school degree or equivalent is required.
Four year undergraduate degree is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of two years of customer service experience is required
